Melting the mask
We all wear a mask. The good girl. The good boy. The one who holds everyone together. The one who pleases. Even the spiritual identity, the one who becomes special and evolved, so you would be chosen, so love would finally feel earned.
None of these are flaws. Each one was intelligent. The mask was built inside a bond that did not feel safe, and it kept you alive in it. It won you love, belonging and approval at a time when being fully yourself did not feel possible. It worked.
The problem is not the mask. The problem is when it stops being something you wear and becomes who you believe you are. When the protection hardens into an identity, and no one, not even you, gets to see you fully anymore. That is where real intimacy quietly dies, with others and with yourself.
This work is not about tearing the mask off. Force only hardens what it touches. From an integrative and non-confrontational tantra, we do the opposite. We bring enough warmth, safety and presence for the mask to soften and melt on its own, at your pace, layer by layer.
Meeting your masks can be rich. It can be pleasurable. It can even be joyful. Grief is welcome here, and so is delight. Everything real is welcome.
What waits underneath is not something broken to be fixed. It is you. More alive, more honest, more free.
This is for you
This is for you if you recognize yourself in any of this.
You know there is a more authentic you behind the mask, waiting to be discovered and met with softness.
You catch yourself performing, even with the people closest to you, and a part of you is tired of it.
When someone comes close, your body tightens before you have even decided to.
You are the one who holds everyone, and almost no one knows how much you long to be held.
You have understood your patterns with your mind, and your body keeps repeating them anyway.
You want to feel desire, aliveness and real contact again, not only think about them.

The journey, layer by layer
Across five unhurried hours we work through the body, not the mind, through breath, movement, sound and shared presence. A journey in four movements:
- Movement one
Inhabit the mask
We turn toward the mask instead of away from it, and give it a body. You feel the exact weight it has been carrying for you, and you begin to sense the aliveness waiting just behind it.
- Movement two
Melt
Held in safety, the mask begins to dissolve. Not torn away, but melted. A slow, pleasurable wave that runs through you and moves you from the inside, until what was armored softens and comes alive again.
- Interlude
A pause
We drink water, note down the insights that are surfacing, and share a little fruit, before going deeper.
- Movement three
Connect
From that softened, grounded place, we move toward real contact with another, where closeness stops feeling like a threat and becomes something the body welcomes.
- Movement four
Return
We come home to ourselves, and discover that we can meet another deeply and still remain whole, without disappearing or dissolving into them.
Five hours to let the mask soften. Ten places to be truly held.
Full clarity on this space
It matters to me that you know exactly where you are coming before you arrive. This is deep tantric and somatic work, and it is not sexual tantra. It is a safe, respectful and contained space from beginning to end.
- Trauma-informed
- Consent at every step
- No sexual touch
- Your own pace
Your body sets the pace at every moment, and nothing happens without your clear yes. If sensuality appears, it is lived as an element of your own empowerment and sovereignty, never to please or to seduce anyone.

Who is Esaú
Esaú is a sociologist and anthropologist specialized in relationships, with training in conscious sexuality and psychocorporal (body based) therapy. For more than four years he has guided men, women, couples and groups through processes of personal and relational transformation, in Bali and in Spain, as a transpersonal facilitator and tantra teacher.
His work joins a deep understanding of why we armor, and where our masks and patterns come from, and a direct, embodied practice that works through the body, which is where real change actually happens.
What people feel most with Esaú is safety. He creates a clear and respectful container, holds it with equal measures of firmness and tenderness, and makes room for you to meet parts of yourself you may have kept hidden for years.
You come to let the mask soften, and to return to a more honest and alive version of yourself.
A glimpse from the inside
A short look at the space we create together.
They have lived it
“My experience with Esaú was profound. I felt at ease from the very first moment, because he radiates a serene energy. He created and held a deeply safe space to understand what Tantra truly is. I will absolutely be back.”
“Since leaving, I can feel something reorganizing inside me. I feel more whole, more integrated. The work was intense and deep.”
“I reconnected with my own life force and felt that I no longer need to make myself small. It was healing to show my vulnerability and my fire in the presence of a safe masculine energy.”
“It was my first time taking part in something like this, and the experience was valuable and revealing. Esaú's guidance helped me reconnect with parts of myself I had forgotten.”
Your place in the circle is waiting.
Questions you may be holding
It is what allows me to care for and hold each process in a closer, deeper and safer way. Every person is truly seen and accompanied.
None at all. You only need your willingness to be present. Everything is guided step by step, and you always move at your own pace.
No. This is not a space for sexual contact, and it is not sexual tantra. The space is trauma informed, any contact is always consented, and you can pause or stop at any moment.
It is completely welcome. The intention is that, if it arises, it can arise in a safe and cared for space, where you never have to please anyone. Here sensuality is lived as vital energy and sovereignty, something you cultivate from yourself, for yourself. It is simply part of being fully alive in your own body.
No. This work happens through the body, not through words. You reveal only what feels right for you, and silence is always welcome.
That is held with care. Your body sets the pace at every moment, you can always return to yourself, and you are free to pause or rest whenever you need. Nothing here is ever forced.
You are very welcome on your own, most people come alone. Any connection with others is gentle, guided and always consented. You are never asked for anything that is not a clear yes for you.
Then please let Esaú know directly when you register, and share as much information as you can, so he can take the best possible care of you during the gathering. Contact with him via WhatsApp: +34673709001
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Arrive a few minutes before 9 so we can begin gently and unhurried. Come fasted or with only a light breakfast, since we work with the body. There will be water, coconut water and fruit waiting for you at the gathering. Bring a journal if you like, for anything that wants to be written down.
About 5 to 10 minutes from the centre of Ubud. The exact location is sent to you two days before the gathering.
It is open to all bodies, genders and levels of experience. If something in you is longing for more honesty and aliveness in the way you meet yourself and others, this is for you.
